Twenty open licensed video and audio resources created for ‘Self Care and Wellbeing: A Practical Guide for Health and Social Care’ a massive open online course (MOOC), are now available for anyone to use and re-use on a Creative Commons licence.

Created for people working in health or social care to improve their own wellbeing and develop resourcefulness to deal with difficult and traumatic situations. The free three-week course from the University of Edinburgh/Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, provides practical self care exercises such as: the three-step breathing space being ‘present’ self-kindness compassionate listening.
