ECA’s Research Folios 2014-2021
Edinburgh College of Art (ECA) submitted 83 portfolios to the Research Excellence Framework (REF 2021).
This is a selection of the outputs submitted to the exercise and published on Edinburgh Diamond, the University of Edinburgh’s Library Publishing Partner for Diamond Open Access books and journals that are led by our academics, professional staff and students.
The portfolios articulate the research process from an originality, significance and rigour perspective. They contain a number of images, links to archived press clippings and links to underpinning published research.
The ECA portfolios span three UoAs:
- C13: Architecture, Built Environment and Planning;
- D32: Art and Design – History, Practice and Theory, and
- D33: Music, Drama, Dance. Performing Arts, Film and Screen Studies
