Birds of Midlothian Open Textbook

bird silhouettes showing relative size to each other

This open textbook was created to inform the reader about the food and habitat requirements of the most common bird species in the Midlothian area. It helps identify some common birds, but also it provides information on how those birds live in the area in relation to its wider ecology.

This open textbook was adapted from an OER produced by Radina Atanasova as part of Geosciences Outreach course. The resource was adapted by Mayu Ishimoto of the OER Service during an Open Content Curator Internship in 2023.
