This introductory level project management course aims to de-mystify the world of project management, focusing on the practical skills, tools and techniques to help you successfully plan and deliver your projects.

The course consists of 4 bitesize sessions, each focussing on a different aspect of project management.

The course has been developed by the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Information Services Group.
