Degrowth in Postdigital Learning Design
Created by Kate Molloy as part of the Digital Futures course for the MSc in Digital Education, ‘Degrowth in Postdigital Learning Design’ practically introduces degrowth in postdigital learning design through reflection on current practice.
This three-hour course is aimed at learning designers and other higher education professionals who regularly work with educational technology or support others to do so. The course will introduce the concept of degrowth in postdigital learning design, exploring better options for more convivial, sustainable learning experiences.
Each section contains readings and multimedia content, with reflective activities to work through and explore degrowth.
Kate Molloy has nearly twenty years of experience working in education and has spent eight years working to support digital teaching and learning in higher education.
