Digital Sustainability
These three videos on Digital Sustainability, each under 5 minutes long, were created out of the Green Digital Design internships with the Website and Communications digital and design service.
Over 2024 and 2025 the service employed three interns to investigating the environmental impact of the University of Edinburgh’s web estate, and explore sustainable web design practices, while also providing the opportunity for a student to gain design experience on a project with real impact for the University.
Those interns were:
- Chris O’Neill, Green Digital Design intern.
- Catalina Rincon and Osh Doherty, Green Web Estate interns.
