This session explored the concept of sexual well-being, different approaches to conceptualising and measuring it, and its relevance in everyday life and public health. Prof. Mitchell presented insights from a Delphi exercise aimed at building consensus on sexual wellbeing for Scotland and discuss how a sexual well-being perspective could help address contemporary sexual health challenges.
